The Minister of Agriculture and Animal Welfare, Maryam Maariya, visited Maafushi at the invitation of Maafushi Council. During the visit the Minister met with the Council and the Kaafu Maafushi Local Authority Company to discuss agriculture, animal welfare and development priorities for the island.
